Yvonne has been absolutely excellent ...
I realise it can be difficult to know who to turn to when struggling with loss:
It can be hard to talk to our family and friends because either they’re trying to come to terms with a loss too or we don’t want to impose on them and their busy lives.
Sometimes, by the time we can cope with getting help, others have moved on, and don’t even realise we’re not managing on our own, or, if they do, they’re often not very understanding of the enormity of the impact of loss on our lives.
You may feel numb, particularly if your loss is recent, or you may be going through a whole range of emotions – overwhelming sadness, guilt, anger, regret - and not know how to find a way to keep going on your own.
I will provide a listening ear...
... coming alongside you and supporting you through the grieving process, enabling you cope with life again. My counselling sessions provide a ‘safe place’ where you can off-load and share exactly how you feel without any judgement.
My sessions are online:
So, you can talk in the comfort of your own home, in confidence. Each session is 1 hr long, giving plenty of time for you to be able to share at your own pace.
Free taster session:
I even offer a ‘free’ 20-minute ‘taster’ session if you’re unsure whether counselling is for you.
